Delivery Timeframes for products and services
Timeframe for delivery of courses is as per the course dates booked by the client.
Training courses are delivered in a venue provided by a specially selected hotel, the address, contact and arrangement details of which are displayed within the course booking details page.
Payment & timeframe for delivery of products and services is as follows:
- Workshops, training and courses:
- Payment to be made in full at time of booking for VIP Backstage Passes, Brand Builders Club Courses and Master Your Message workshops
- Payments for the B.R.A.N.D. Accelerator to be made as per the monthly instalment payment plan agreed at the time of purchase*
- Subscription payments for online services that are provided in a digital format will delivered immediately upon subscription and payment set up.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy…
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at How to Build a Brand, so here are our terms with regard to returns, refunds, and cancellations:
Event Ticket Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your VIP Backstage Pass ticket or Master Your Message ticket within 72 hours of making your purchase and receive 100% of your money back, minus a small admin fee of £15 + vat.
If you wish to cancel your ticket after that 72 hour period, you may cancel up to 14 days before the course date and receive a 50% refund, minus the admin fee of £15 + vat.
Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to another course date for the same admin fee of £15 + vat.
Should you wish to cancel completely within 14 days of the event, you have two options:
- Transfer your course ticket to someone else by emailing [email protected] and update us with the details of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
- Forfeit your place, as we will already have paid out all expenses to the venue and given you everything that comes with the course, other than the day itself.
If you have purchased an Early Bird Ticket, these tickets are transferable. However, they are non-refundable in whole or in part, as Early Bird Tickets are purchased at heavily discounted rates. You can still transfer or cancel your ticket(s) by contacting [email protected] However if you are unable to use it, we will not provide a refund on the ticket(s).
You have the right to cancel your membership subscription to any of our online products at any time. As soon as you cancel, your membership level will cease to be available to you and any prior monthly payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you can do so by email to [email protected], or by post to How To Build A Brand Limited, Suite 3, Falcon Court Business Centre, College Road, Maidstone Kent, ME15 6TF or telephone 0203 195 3865.
All products will be shipped within 7 days of purchase via a very carefully selected courier service. You have the right to return any physical goods within seven days of receipt, upon sending us photographic proof that the goods are not fit for purpose. Should we agree that the product is not fit for purpose, we will automatically send you a replacement or if you wish to receive a refund, your payment will be returned in full within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods from you in the unopened condition that they were sent to you in. We take every care to ensure your goods arrive in 100% fit for purpose condition and expect you to take the same level of care in choosing a courier company that will respect the product and return it in the same condition in which we sent it to you. Any goods that have been tampered with to render them unfit for purpose will automatically be disqualified for a refund.
